Slotboard is built on transparency and direct connections. We do not sell your personal information, we do not run third-party surveillance ad trackers, and we never expose publisher email addresses in client-side code or HTML.

2. What We Collect

We only collect data when you choose to submit it through our forms:

• Sponsor Inquiries: When you send a message to a publication via their listing contact form, we collect your name, email address, company/brand name, target budget, and message text. This information is transmitted to the publisher so they can review and respond directly to you.
• Publisher Claims & Submissions: When you claim or submit a publication, we collect your publication name, URL, contact email, audience metrics, pricing information, and domain verification details.
• Server Diagnostics: Like virtually all web servers, standard request logs (IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp) are temporarily recorded to ensure site performance, prevent DDoS attacks, and mitigate abuse.

3. Zero Contact Email Leakage

Publisher contact emails are kept confidential on our secure backend database. We specifically strip publisher email addresses before any directory or detail page data is serialized and sent to the browser.

When a sponsor uses the contact form, our serverless relay forwards the message to the publisher without revealing their private inbox to scrapers, bots, or the public web.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We do not use cross-site tracking cookies, retargeting pixels, or behavioral profiling scripts. Any site analytics used are privacy-preserving, aggregated, and strictly intended to monitor traffic and directory uptime.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone. Information is only shared in the following strict contexts:

• Direct Sponsor Relay: With the publication you explicitly chose to contact.
• Service Providers: With trusted infrastructure providers (such as Vercel and Neon PostgreSQL) operating under data protection obligations solely to host and execute our platform.
• Legal Requirements: If compelled by lawful request, subpoena, or applicable law.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you or ask us to delete your information and publication listing at any time. Simply send an email from the verified address to privacy@slotboard.best.
